Absolutely! If you received an incomplete order, we will be able to send you the replacement item or parts, free of charge.
Before you contact our team, here are some important notes to check off first.
1. Parts can only be requested if the product is still under warranty. The 60 days begin from date of delivery.
2. Think you're missing parts? We encourage our customers to double check packaging and any hidden storage compartments to make sure your package is complete! You may find an informational sheet attached to the back of the compartment.
This may happen with your futon or bed frames. There are various parts included in the package, so please ensure all compartments are checked. You can check our Help Center article on Futons here!
3. We store the latest instruction manuals in our Help Center. You can search for any missing manual by using the product's sku number. If you're unsure about what a sku number is, please click here!
If you are certain your package is missing parts, please contact our Customer Support team to process your replacement. As soon as your parts have shipped, we will email you the tracking information. Our team will need 3 business days to process plus 3-5 business days for your parts to arrive.
