What do I do if my LED lights don't work?
We suggest twisting off the umbrella cap and checking your connection. If connected, allow 4-5 hours to charge in full sunlight. Make sure you're using the on/off switch. If you're still having trouble, contact us through our help center where you can chat with one of our customer support team members.
Why isn't my phone/USB device charging?
Your umbrella might not be charged! If the lights aren't coming on, allow 4-5 hours for the umbrella to charge and store power to the charging station. If the lights come on and the charger still isn't working, check your cable connection.
My LED lights don't work; can you send me replacements?
Unfortunately, the LED lights are fixed inside the umbrella and can't be removed or replaced. But don't worry, we can send you a full replacement! Send your request via our help center chat link down below.
