Why aren't flames coming from the rocks?
Flames do not emit from the rocks. The flames emit from the ignition screen, which is located in the center of the fire pit table. Make sure the ignition screen is clear for the fire to start.
What do I do if the surface paint is peeling off?
By purchasing a top coat or colored paint from a local home improvement store, you can protect your fire pit from weather and moisture!
Why won't the flames stay lit?
After the fire is lit, try pressing and holding the gas knob for 1 minute. This warms up the Thermocouple to help keep your fire going. If that doesn't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if my fire pit doesn't light at all?
Your regulator needs to be reset. If you're unsure how to reset your regulator, we've got a video for you! Click here.
Can I hook up my natural gas line to my fire pit?
No. This fire pit is designed to be used with propane tanks ONLY! Attempting to hook it up to a natural gas line will result in failure and possible hazardous conditions.
