At BCP, we do our best to make the return process as simple as possible. If the time ever comes that you need to return an item, here's what you'll need to know!
You can return your item within 60 days from purchase date. Make sure your item is in its original packaging along with any accompanying accessories. If packaging is missing or unavailable, your item cannot be processed.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us to receive a return form. Returns made without a form may experience a delay in process.
Here are some frequently asked questions you may have:
1. I returned a product; when will I get my refund?
Once our warehouse receives your return, we will process your refund right away. You should be able to see your refund return to your account within 3-5 business days.
2. I sent back my return order but have yet to receive my refund, why is that?
Don't worry! If you have received a ticket number, your return is still being processed. You can use the return shipper's tracking number to confirm that your item has made it back to us. Once our system has finalized your return, you should expect to see your refund within 3-5 business days. This time frame will also depend on your financial institution.

Please note: PayPal and gift card refunds may take longer to process.
3. Can I return my order and request a refund for a product not used and still in the box?
If you returned an item within 60 days, unused and still in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund. For this particular case, we do not offer free returns. Make sure your return includes a completed Order Return Form attached to your request email. We also recommend you keep a record of your return tracking details in case you have any questions.
