Some orders are shipped in multiple boxes. Depending on the item, different boxes might arrive at different times. Follow these steps to see if your order shipped in multiple boxes:
- Navigate to Order Tracking page.
- Enter the required information to view your order status
- Marketplace
- Order Number
- Billing Zip Code
- Select View Order Status
- Check to see if there are multiple tracking numbers under Tracking No.
If your order does have multiple tracking numbers in the shipment, be sure to check the status of each package individually as they may arrive separately.
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. You can sign up to be notified of available inventory for out of stock items on the product pages using the Email When Available button.
If your order does not have multiple tracking numbers or if you have received all packages, but you are still missing an item or part, please Submit a Request so that we can provide any additional assistance to ensure that you receive your order!
